6.3 Automatic Renewal

SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW unless you cancel before the renewal date:

Weekly: Renews every 7 days
Monthly: Renews every 30 days
Lifetime: One-time purchase, no renewal

6.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through:

Google Play Store (Android)
Stripe (website purchases via RevenueCat)

7. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS

CRYPTOSIGNALAPP SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. DUE TO THE IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO DIGITAL CONTENT UPON PURCHASE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

7.1 Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

Weekly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions
Lifetime subscriptions
Any premium features or add-ons

7.2 No Partial Refunds

No refunds for unused subscription time
No refunds for early cancellation
No prorated refunds for any reason

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but:

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
No refund will be provided for the remaining period
Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund

7.4 App Store Purchases

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

Refund requests must be made directly to Apple or Google
We have no control over their refund decisions
Their respective policies will apply

7.5 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate charges due to technical errors (with proof)
Charges made without authorization (fraud cases)

8. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Tap "Cancel Subscription"

8.2 Android (Google Play Store)

Open Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon
Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
Select CryptoSignalApp
Tap "Cancel subscription"

8.3 Important Notes

Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before renewal
Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription
Uninstalling the app does NOT stop billing
You must actively cancel through the app store

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CS Technology LLC and are protected by:

United States and international copyright laws
Trademark laws
Trade secret laws
Other intellectual property rights

9.2 Trademarks

"CryptoSignalApp," the CryptoSignalApp logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CS Technology LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

9.3 Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our content
Reverse engineer the app or its algorithms
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
Create derivative works based on our content

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Share your account or subscription with others
Attempt to access other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service
Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload malicious code or viruses

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

CS TECHNOLOGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business
Loss of data or content
Loss of goodwill
Trading or investment losses
Cost of substitute services
Personal injury or property damage

12.2 Cap on Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

The amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
One hundred US dollars ($100)

12.3 Application

These limitations apply to all claims, whether based on:

Warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory
Whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages
Whether the remedy fails of its essential purpose

12.4 Jurisdictional Limitations

Your violation of any third-party rights
Your trading decisions and any resulting losses
Any content you submit or post
Your negligent or wrongful conduct

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will try to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Participate in class actions
Participate in class-wide arbitration
Participate in representative actions
Act as a private attorney general

15. Termination

15.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Canceling your subscription through the app store
Contacting us to request account deletion
Deleting your account through the app settings

15.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:

Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Non-payment
At our sole discretion for any reason

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
We may delete your account and data
Sections that should survive will remain in effect
No refund will be provided

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid:

That provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary
Or severed if modification is not possible
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CS Technology LLC regarding the Service.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.

20. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
